Amal 244 carb float, our next project has been completed.
This one was a bit of a challenge, as our client asked us to manufacture a unique shape float. To manufacture this float we had to make set of tools to achieve required shape, this is required for most unique and not standard floats. This is time consuming and very detailed process with a lot of testing involved. Once tool is ready there comes precision and knowledge. Last stage of the process involves airtight testing of each individual float and then we are ready to ship the completed order to customer.
I thing we've done pretty well at the end.
